Adoption Assistance
Financial assistance when you adopt a child.
The company will provide financial assistance of $5,000 when you foster or adopt a child. This assistance is intended to help you offset legal and other adoption-related expenses, such as agency fees, court costs, and costs associated with the temporary foster care provided before placement of a child in the employee’s home. Reimbursement is made to active employees once the adoption is final. The request must be submitted within 30 days from the final adoption date.
